Our warehouse employees will pack each item according to our strict specifications. Before shipping the goods are thoroughly examined and secured. Note: Orders containing more than one item will be assigned a different processing time for each item.
Prior to shipping, we inspect the ordered items thoroughly before sending the items. Today, the majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 days.
Returns
We do not manage the stock at our warehouse and factory. The levels of stock can change at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase when it's been 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item should not be in use and must be in the original packaging. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
